Finding Balance and Calm: An Open Conversation for Editors

Navigating the COVID-19 pandemic has been challenging. Many of us have had to develop new strategies to cope, relieve stress, and find the mental space to focus on work and family. Join your fellow Editors Toronto members on Tuesday, October 27, at 7:00 pm via Zoom to discuss concerns and share stories in an open, guided forum. This is a private event for our members only and is not open to the general public.

Led by holistic healer and meditation teacher Ayah Norris, this group discussion will begin with a short meditation practice, followed by opportunities for participants to raise questions and discuss topics related to how they are coping and staying grounded.

About our guest:

Ayah Norris first turned to yoga, meditation, and holistic therapies to help manage a demanding career in sales and marketing across startup, corporate, and creative environments. After a decade of personal practice, she made the leap out of her corporate path, followed the tug of her heart to deepen her studies in India, and began sharing the practices that helped her heal and grow. Through healing sessions, meditation and yoga classes, workshops, circles, and retreats, Ayah works with her clients and students to help them rebalance, restore, and reconnect to all the wisdom and power they hold within.
