COVID-19 and March Program Meeting

We have been monitoring the news and recommendations by local, national, and international health organizations in regards to COVID-19. While we love presenting our monthly programs, we would like to respect the call for social distancing, and in light of the escalating risks associated with COVID-19, we have decided to cancel the March 26 program, Making the Grade with Middle Grade: Editing Books for 8-to-12-Year-Olds. We are currently in discussions with our fantastic panellists, Kaela Cadieux, Claire Caldwell, and Mary Ann Blair, to present this program at a later date. Stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks, and as always, you can follow us on Twitter and Facebook for more immediate updates.

Please also remember that online groups, such as the Editors Canada — Members-Only Private Group and Editors Canada Student Affiliates Facebook groups, remain a valuable virtual space where you can seek support, advice, and community should you be self-isolating or taking other steps to protect yourself and others.
